Enjoy Wagashi Making with Uji Matcha Tea in Tokyo We welcomed very wonderful guests who came from Canada in our tour “Enjoy Wagashi Making with Uji Matcha Tea!” . They tried making three kinds of Japanese sweets. Authentic Cha-kaiseki (a five-course traditional cuisine) and Tea Ceremony in Tokyo We had a Chaji (Authentic Cha-kaiseki and Tea Ceremony) with our wonderful guests who likes Japanese culture and tea last month.
