Authentic Cha-kaiseki (a five-course traditional cuisine) and Tea Ceremony in Tokyo   We welcomed a wonderful group from LVMH Fashion Group China with our interpreter, a Mandarin Chinese speaker. They chose Mat-Cha-Doh to host their VICs when they were in Tokyo. They were in Japan for the first time to visit their flagship shop, CELINE GINZA SIX. Authentic Cha-kaiseki (a five-course traditional cuisine) and Tea Ceremony in Tokyo 週末に、素敵な皆さまと共に夏の茶事を開催させていただきました。 猛暑が続いていますので、今回は、青磁の水差し、水をイメージした和菓子、夏の旬な食材を使った茶懐石などと共に、日本の涼を愉しみました。 都会の隠れ家のような、非日常の空間で、席主の土井さんと過ごすひとときは、程よい緊張感がありつつも、自然と心と身体が解放され、元気になれます。 土井さんは、日本茶の専門家であり、茶人であり、能の演者でもあるので、良い意味での遊び感覚も満載です。   体験風景
