Authentic Cha-kaiseki (a five-course traditional cuisine) and Tea Ceremony in Tokyo We recently hosted some VIP guests from Sweden for a tea ceremony at our new venue. It was a highly successful occasion, and we were delighted that they enjoyed the experience. Tour Report – May 9th, 2015



It’s such a hot summer day here in Tokyo. And nothing is better than a cold beer on a day like this, right? But how about Matcha beer? We went to Isetan department store in Shinjuku to check out the “Easy to Enjoy Green Tea” event yesterday. One of the vendors called 1899 who calls themselves a “Green Tea Restaurant” was showing their specialty Matcha beer. Prior to the official launch of our new tour that includes a tea ceremony and Kaiseki lunch, we are doing a private tour next week.
