The lesson is fun and simple. The size of an average wagashi is very small, about 4 x 4cm (1.6 x 1.6 in). A global cosmetic company has adopted our cultural workshop plan as one of their bicultural exchange programs for their staff. Our plan provided them a visit to a private tea room in Futako-tamagawa where they experienced a tea ceremony followed by a gourmet Japanese bento box.
