Our workshop on making Japanese sweets has been rated high by the guests due to its authentic style. This summer season, guests can choose two themes from fireworks, rose, sunflower or Nadeshiko (a Pink). The instructor will walk you through step by step to create these beautiful pieces.      Enjoy cooling down using all of your senses, in the midst of summer in Japan. In May, a hearth is replaced by a portable brazier (furo, 風炉) and the equipment are arranged for summer. A hanging scroll with calligraphy is displayed at a TOKONOMA, an alcove, the most important part of the tea ceremony room.
