Tour Report – Authentic Cha-kaiseki (a five-course traditional cuisine) and Tea Ceremony in Tokyo

We welcomed a group of Bolivians and their Japanese friends as our guests today. It was a wonderful gathering thanks to the sophisticated and cheerful ambiance they brought into the tea room. Our guests enjoyed today’s formal meal. They showed a keen interest in the ingredients and preparations so our chef explained the menu in detail. You could really see the true spirit of the tea ceremony in this interaction. That is, “Ichi-za Konryu”, where the host and guests contribute in creating perfect harmony.   If you are interested in this post, please check below! Authentic Cha-kaiseki and Tea Ceremony […]

We welcomed a wonderful couple from Indonesia this time. They love Japan and in fact this is their 5th visit here. They’ve left us a great feedback that this trip was one of their best. They thoroughly enjoyed the authentic style of the workshop which consists of Matcha, Cha-kaiseki and Sake. They even asked for a third round of matcha tea! The couple liked the sake we served that they purchased the same brand to take back home. It was a complete pleasure for the staff as well. Looking forward to seeing you next year!   If you are interested […]

<Free Kimono Promotion till August 29th> Take a look at some recent pictures from our Free Kimono Experience promotion. Our guests looked great in kimono, like flowers blooming in the tea room. It’s funny that as soon as you put on a kimono, you start to take on Japanese gestures and mannerisms. Try for yourself before the promotion ends on August 29th!     If you are interested in this post, please check below! Authentic Cha-kaiseki and Tea Ceremony in Tokyo:  http://goo.gl/3I0QCC
