Enjoy Wagashi Making with Uji Matcha Tea in Tokyo   We welcomed very wonderful guests who came from San Francisco in our tour “Wagashi Making Class with Uji Matcha Tea in Tokyo”. They tried making three kinds of Japanese sweets. Tour Report – Aug. 10th, 2016

Authentic Cha-kaiseki (a five-course traditional cuisine) and Tea Ceremony in Tokyo 週末に、素敵な皆さまと共に夏の茶事を開催させていただきました。 猛暑が続いていますので、今回は、青磁の水差し、水をイメージした和菓子、夏の旬な食材を使った茶懐石などと共に、日本の涼を愉しみました。 都会の隠れ家のような、非日常の空間で、席主の土井さんと過ごすひとときは、程よい緊張感がありつつも、自然と心と身体が解放され、元気になれます。 土井さんは、日本茶の専門家であり、茶人であり、能の演者でもあるので、良い意味での遊び感覚も満載です。   体験風景
